Anxiety Hypnosis Or A Worry Doll? How Not To Worry

Worrying Serves NO Purpose!

This year, I’m going to work on worrying a little bit less and enjoying life a little bit more. Life is just too short to waste it on worrying. It serves no purpose and most of the time, those things you were worried about never come true anyway!

There are ways to deal with anxiety, like hypnotism and counselling, but it is important to know what is going on in your brain and the consequences thereof. If you really can’t seem too shake the habit of worrying, you could try hypnosis – Cindy Galvin offers a very effective anxiety hypnotherapy from her London clinic. Visit her site for full details.

Did you know

If you need a really good reason to stop worrying, this list just ought to do it. Here’s what worry can cause:

1.anxiety
2.insomnia
3.depression
4.paranoia
5.headaches

And if all of the above aren’t bad enough, they are now saying that worrying can even lead to cancer because worrying can affect the immune system.

We can pretty much worry ourselves to death and that’s not stretching it by any means. If your immune system has been compromised, something as annoying as a plain cold can do pretty nasty work.

What is a Worry Doll??

I did a bit of searching and I found that these little dolls originate in Guatamala and the little dolls do the worrying for us. Even children can use them… although I hate to think that a child has to worry about anything, but apparently the child talks to the doll, tells the doll what he is worried about and the doll takes over, doing the worrying for the child. That allows the child a good night’s sleep.

Here’s to a world free of worry!

The Beauty of Life, by Laura Igalls Wilder states:

The best way to live your life is to try to enjoy every moment as it passes, as surely it is in the everyday things around us that we often take for granted where the beauty of life lies.

Worry Free Day – Law of Attraction

Everyone seems to be talking about this law… which started me thinking about it. Could we attract things to worry about? The possibility occurred to me just this morning. Worrying has almost become a habit. And I don’t even need something to worry about. I simply go looking for something in my life that fits the bill. If it can be worried about, I will find a way to devote some time!

But, today is going to be a worry free day! Lets see what that does to this law. I’m going to think relaxing thoughts and see if I can attract more of the same?

Treat Yourself

To an hour in the park when worrying begins to get you down. Just pick a bench and let the world go by. You don’t have to do anything but sit and enjoy. People watching is a great pass time for worriers.
